Brief Introduction: Ms. Hong Wang is a seasoned intellectual property professional with over 20 years of leadership experience. She previously served as a senior patent examiner at China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).

Work Experience: Prior to joining SRBM, Ms. Wang held senior management positions as General Manager of the Patent Department at both a leading national IP service company and a full-service law firm. With a strong focus on the biopharmaceutical sector, Ms. Wang is recognized for her strategic insight and practical expertise in patent portfolio development, innovation mining, risk management, and high-value patent cultivation. She has led numerous complex IP projects and provided long-term strategic counsel to major pharmaceutical and healthcare enterprises. Her deep understanding of both science and law enables her to translate innovation into sustainable competitive advantage for clients. Ms. Wang also worked at Chinese pharmaceutical company, where she was responsible for formulation R&D, quality control, and new drug registration—building a solid scientific foundation that continues to inform her IP practice today.
