Brief Introduction: Gordan He has over ten years of experience in the field of intellectual property within the pharmaceutical industry and holds a qualification certificate as a Chinese patent agent. He previously served as a patent examiner at China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and graduated with a master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Guizhou University.

Work Experience: Prior to joining SRBM, Gordan He worked as a Senior Intellectual Property Engineer at a biotech company, where he was primarily responsible for intellectual property matters in the fields of genes, proteins, microspheres, and diagnostic kits. His main duties included patent search and analysis (such as product R&D analysis, patentability assessment, and infringement risk analysis), patent mining, portfolio development and review, trade secret protection, and software copyright applications. Gordan He also played a key role in establishing and improving the company’s IP management system and conducting IP training programs. During this period, he helped the company obtain patents in multiple countries and regions, including China, the United States, Europe, and Japan. Gordan He also worked at the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), where he served as a Patent Examiner in the field of organic chemistry. His responsibilities included substantive examination of patent applications in areas such as pharmaceutical chemistry and coordination chemistry.
